KP SpellChecker for OpenText eDOCS

The KP SpellChecker assists eDOCS sites in ensuring that data captured within eDOCS profile forms is accurately spelled.  Benefits include the ability to:

• Enhance productivity by ensuring that text entries are clearly understood
• Spell check against standard, corporate or individual user customised dictionaries
• Ensure accurate results are returned when performing full content searching against meta data fields
• Enable administrators to create and deploy profile field inclusions and exclusions

KP Recycle Bin Delete

Provdies a virtual delete feature for users of OpenText eDOCS.  The Recycle Bin Delete replaces the Queue for Deletion feature of OpenText eDOCS by providing users with the ability to virtually delete a document.  Virtually deleted documents are moved to a file or folder, whilst removing access to everyone except administrators.  This allow administrators to determine whether or not the document is valid for deletion, whilst removing it from users views.  Administrators may restore the document or finalise destruction.

KP File Share Extraction Utility

The KP FSEU allow for the rapid import of File Shares into both Open Text eDOCS RM as well as HP TRIM . The KP FSEU contains the following features:

• Matches defined a defined directory structure to directly import containers and documents into the Business Classification Scheme
• Automatic Container Generation on import
• Automatic Business Classification Scheme Generator
• Windows directory to  container mapping
• Staged integration and Update functionality means that the FSEU can migrate only documents that have been updated
• Migration of Hyperlinks from the windows structure and re-mapping using the KP TRIM Doculink or eDOCS native hyperlinking.

Un-Queue Delete/Make Template

A simple module that allows administrators to right click an either reset the deletion status of a document or make a document a template.
